Re: How do you make really good smoothies?! It depends on what type of smoothie you want, if you want something with ice cream, I would go with vanilla, your fav fruit, and then some milk. If you want a healthier smoothie, try low fat plain yogurt, some fruits, bananas and strawberries would be good, and then some skim milk. Mix it all in a blender and ta da smoothie. Hope this helps. |
