Default Carrot Cake Cupcakes

I decided instead of just making a carrot cake for Easter I would make cupcakes. They turned out great, and my family just loved them,

Carrot contains many vitamins so you are better to eat fresh carrot. You can cook it with another fruits (potato, onion...) to a delicious soup.
