Default Italian Style Biscotti

Looks like I found a nice group of people to chat about all things food.

I'm new here and found this desserts section of the forum. Yummy!!! I own a specialty bakery in Massachusetts where we produce Italian style biscotti cookies and other quality baked goods.

Looking forward to sharing my thoughts and ideas!

Hi there biscotti4u, I also bake mostly Italian pastries at my shop in western Pennslyvania.

Food Forum is a great place to get feedback and ideas on baked goods. I recently started baking a new whole grains bread that was partially inspired from this forum.
