I have a very fond love for pasta, and I just can't seem to help it. I think my favorite type is angel hair, I justs love how thin it is. Anyway I am in love with pasta and I just felt the need to share it with you all.

I made a great recipe for chicken and pasta in a white sauce, you can check it out at my blog just look for the link in my signature

Hey guys, I'm sort of new here and just want to say hello. I also have to agree and say that angel hair is delicious with friend chicken breasts and marinara sauce. I'm more of a lasagna person myself though. The white alfredo sauce sounds different and something I'm going to have to try. Thank you.

I like angel hair pasta, especially when it's fresh pasta. Nothing can really beat fresh pasta (and I think frozen fresh pasta is not bad!).

Sounds like a good meal, I've never tried it surprisingly.

My favorite pasta is organic whole wheat pasta from an Amish grocery store in my area. It definitely has a different texture than regular pasta but it's something you can easily get used to.

The best pasta I've ever had was mixed with shrimp...I mean, I can't help myself when it comes to seafood haha:

1 (16 ounce) package dry fettuccini noodles
1/4 cup olive oil
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
6 green onions, thinly sliced
4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
1/4 cup brandy
2 large tomatoes, diced
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup chopped fresh basil
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute shrimp until pink. Stir in green onions, garlic and brandy. Carefully ignite brandy with a match, or the gas flame. Cook for 2 minutes. Add chopped tomatoes, and cook 2 minutes. Stir in wine and butter, and season with basil, salt and pepper. Cook for 3 minutes. Stir in Parmesan. Toss with pasta until evenly coated.
