typeizcrazy Junior Member Join Date: Sep 2008 Posts: 1	plywood kneading board…? Hi All, I'm making my own pasta soon and I need a large kneading surface. I was thinking about buying 3/4in think sheet of regular plywood and cutting to size. My concern is the possible contamination from the adhesives used in making the plywood. Is this a valid concern? Is there plywood that is "food safe"? thanks, Wil
