Default thoughts on pestos and stocks for product launch

Hi everyone,
I'm doing a product launch on Stocks and Pestos from a brand called Essetial cuisine. Anyone heard of it? Basically i'm trying to gather some thoughts/insights on the products as a whole. Do you use pesto as a dip or for sauces? Where would u place these products in a store, which catagory would you place it in??
Help!!!
