Very cool. Video presentations and instruction is the new wave... soon every reference site that is related to some sort of process ie: cooking, crafts, repair.. etc. will have videos.

Salmon is always nice with baked potato and sliced carrots in butter, glazed with honey.

I think the hardest part of staying in shape or losing weight is not eating cheap food. The drawback is, it's getting increasingly expensive to buy vegetables and a lot of fresh foods. I was watching the Biggest Loser last season and most of the stuff they prepared in the kitchen was healthy, quick and relatively inexpensive. The hard part is preparing ahead for the week. It's just too easy to eat cheap and on the go and most folks don't have the patients to cook at home... but the results outweighs the inconvenience.

It is important to give our kids healthy and delicious meals on a daily basis and getting kids to eat vegetables can be a real task. Forcing them to eat can be the worse thing to do. There are ways to make eating vegetables more appealing, more natural, or even fun.

These delicious stunning little morsels from European style Florentines, to family favourites like Chocolate Pecan Brownies. They are all easy to make and of course they are just right to serve with a coffee for an after dinner treat or just as an afternoon pick me up!
