No, of course they're not completely free (at least time wise), you need to fill out some info and answer some questions. These chains spend lots of money each year trying to find new trends and get feedback from their customer. Haven't heard of any places that give out free groceries but I do know of a place that has a number of articles on using coupons,buying in bulk,grocery shopping trips and much more.
