I am new to this forum.

Well I do not believe in "Diets" , it has taken me a long time to change my thinking about diets. The last diet I did was Atkins Diet, which I lost 70 lbs, but after 2 years, I gained 75 lbs back.

So I currently believe in changing your eating habits to choosing healthier foods. For the last year, I have been choosing healthier foods to eat and exercising and have seen the results.
