Thumbs up Top Ten Power Packed Foods

Hello everyone,
I am new to this forum. Well I do not believe in "Diets" , it has taken me a long time to change my thinking about diets. The last diet I did was Atkins Diet, which I lost 70 lbs, but after 2 years, I gained 75 lbs back. So I currently believe in changing your eating habits to choosing healthier foods. For the last year, I have been choosing healthier foods to eat and exercising and have seen the results. I have lost 45 lbs and I am feeling better with more energy. So I want to share some of the food choices that I incorporated in my eating lifestyle. Please click on foods to take you to there. Well I hope you check out the list.

I found a few healthy yet tasty foods with less oil and spice at http://www.assamesefood.com. The recipes are quite easy, mostly boiled or pressure cooked. I tried a few recipes, those were tasty

I believe in natural foods, with less spice and completely agree with your statement of changing your eating habits to choosing healthier foods.

As already fresh vegetables and fruits are hybrid products produced using harmful chemicals and contains chemicals that slowly degrade so choosing healthier foods is necesary. As life is very fast so in order to substitute people take various packed foods and juices. There are many restaurants that offer food consulting services.

for me the most effective diet is one full of alkaline foods like green vegetables, green drinks and less meat and dairy, for some it won't sound great but with the correct exercise and diet plan it will allow anyone to achieve their goal

I recently lost about 20 lbs in one year and I have been using a steady workout video call "Slim in 6". It's boost my metabolism and I'm feeling great but the key was eating habits. I'm eating healthier and exercising about 3-4 times a week now. I started with 6 times a week for the first 8 months. It was hard the first 2 months in the beginning and now working out and eating healthy is as routine as brushing my teeth. And sometimes when I don't workout or maybe once a week, I eat anything I want and pig out, but I don't feel the gluttony because my metabolism is higher. On days I don't work out, I can feel that my body needs it and it makes me want to burn the calories. I don't go to the gyms because I know my lazy butt would eventually not go and it's more comfy to make funny moves with no one to watch. The important thing is developing that healthy eating pattern with the right kind of foods. I'm also diabetic, which is one motivation that's pushed me so far.
