Default Healthy and Delicious Pasta...who knew!

A very yummy pasta dish that is also kind on the waist line yet festive and elegant enough for holiday dinners.

Shrimp, Asparagus Fettuccine with Pesto http://wp.me/puWta-2D

I'm all for delicious, simple pasta meals. Here's mine:

Rigatoni noodles, and Parmesean cheese. That's it. It's so good!

Like you guys, I'm really trying to get into shape, especially for this summer--and dieting is a huge part of that. I also try and exercise a lot when time permits. Actually, what's really helped me with my progress is TV; I've been watching a lot of the NBC programming (The Biggest Loser, Losing It With Jillian Michaels) and I have to say that it's really been motivating. Totally recommend it.
