I think that dieting is thought as a short term fix to get to a certain weight loss goal and what is really needed is tools to make a life style change to lose the weight and then maintain the weight. I found a website that has low sugar, and whole wheat products and s/free products (Discoverbulk.com). You can
also put your zipcode in and it will tell
you the closest store to you.

I also experienced a slight problem with weight. Since the beginning of my new routine, I often eat too late at night. This made my weight increased rapidly. :-(

Ugh, I totally know what you mean. Like you, I used to just get so hungry during the nights, and it would totally ruin my progress. Although, I will say that I have a little secret that's been helping me out with my weight loss as of late:

Losing It With Jillian Michaels on NBC.

I don't know why, but I've really been into the show since it came out. She's really motivating and she has some excellent tips on losing the weight you need to lose--I totally recommend it.

Daily early morning walk and drinking lots of water, eating more on fruits and vegetables can help.and doing exercise .then our diet increases.
