French Fry Trucks

Hello from Canada, there are many french fry trucks also known as Chip Truck here in Canada

On my truck I have a good size menu, such as homeburgers,sausages,peameal, poutine etc... I am asking other members of this forum for some feedback, I would like to add more to my menu, that is more healthier than fried foods(even tho I use Canola Oil) Notice the name "more" in my business name, as I sell more than fries!!! I have also started this year selling Veggie dogs and burgers.

If you were going to a chip truck and u dont want fries or a burger..what would you like to see being available to you?

I appreciate all the feedback I can get.

Nice lookin truck! Here in Southern California, the food trucks also have hispanic type foods like burritos and enchiladas. I also enjoy a nice hot patty melt. A good variety of drinks and you should be all set.
