Banana Salad recipe

1 cup granulated sugar
2 heaping tablespoons flour
1 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
4 bananas, sliced
1 cup peanuts, chopped

Heat sugar, flour, milk and eggs to a rolling boil until thickened, stirring constantly. Layer bananas, pudding and chopped peanuts. Chill.

I am a vegan. So I love salads. I found a few good restaurants in http://just-eat.co.uk where great salads are served.

Salads are so great b/c they contain such different textures. I especially like adding fruit and nuts.

a great winter salad is raw cauliflower broken into florets add some thinly sliced red onion and a mild thin mayo dressing of your choice, quick and easy
