Best made night before and left in fridge.
Roughly a cup of raw oats.
Place in a large ceramic bowl.
Add half cup chopped dates, or other dried fruit.
Add 1 grated apple.
Add juice of half lemon.
Add juice - such as fresh apple or orange juice - enough to cover the oats and fruit to soak.
Mix well, and then top with the other half lemon juice.
Cover with wrap and place in fridge overnight.
Perfect for mornings!
