Default help

My boyfriend works full time while I am a full time student. He doesn't have time to leave work, go eat, and then come back to work. Does anyone have any ideas on what I could make for him. I am looking for something that he is able to eat cold and that I am able to make the night before and refrigerate and he is able to take with him.

Default Re: help

You did not indicate your location,so I could not think of a local solution.Nevertheless,I wish to suggest that you should purchase a food flask, prepare for him potato chips and fried eggs or beans and fried plantain or rice and beans on a daily basis so that he can eat at lunch.

Default Chicken salad

Hi ...
here is a very simple chicken salad to make ... if you want you can reduce the lettuce amount and make it into wrap sandwiches .. but if you want to make it the day ahead .. make sure not to mix the lettuce with it the night before .. as it will welt down ... just prepare it .. and place it in the fridge .. then mix it all up in the morning ... here is the ingredients ...

- 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
- 1/4 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup red pepper, chopped (or any other color u like)
- 4 tb fresh basil, chopped
- 3 tb green onion, chopped
- 3 tb light mayonaise or light salad dressing (i use light italian dressing)
- 2 cups lettuce, chopped (this is optional .. u can skip the lettuce and make it into a wrap sandwich)

Just mix everythin together ...

For a step by step photo instruction of how to make this .. visit my blog ...

let me know how you like it ...
