ecookbooks Junior Member Join Date: Aug 2009 Location: quincy, il Posts: 21	Mango Salsa Recipe Mango Salsa Recipe 1 large mango- peeled and cubed ¼ c red bell pepper- diced 1 ½ tbsp fresh basil- finely chopped 1 ½ tbsp red vinegar 2 tsp lime juice ½ tsp sugar In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Mix well. Let stand at room temperature for a half hour before serving or store in refrigerator up to 24 hours.
