Spinach contains carotene, folic acid, vitamin B1, B2, C, K, E, etc.Protein, fat,
carbohydrates, and zinc, calcium, phosphorus, iron, potassium, sodium, magnesium, chlorine

Eggs? Where did the eggs come from? I think you are missing some key information. It looks like you are posting experiment results without first explaining what you did.

But you are making me hungry. Time for some mexican Huevos Rancheros.
