How can I make my own vegetarian meals if my husband loves meat & my sons are picky e I want to eat a vegetarian diet (not vegan yet), but my husband loves meat (esp. beef), my two older sons are SUPER picky (autism) and the two younger ones eat whatever, which is fine because they can eat my food. My question is, how the heck am I going to make 4 different meals (at least) at dinnertime so that I can become a healthier, more ethical person? Mealtime is already stressful as it is, I'm afraid to try and fail. I need to do this though because I cannot stand feeling crappy all the time! Thank you! |
