You've never tried an apple?

You could try some sort of fruit salad though, an apple on its own might not do the job.

I strongly recommend dried prunes. That is the best decigion. You do not want to drink after eating this kind of fruit as it usually happens after consuming dried apricots. Moreover, dried prunes contain vitamins C, B, and even carotene which is very valuable for your eyes. If you decide to try that one, use this link http://www.agbase.com/market/variety...=miles&id=1523 it would take you to direct contacts of some online and grossery stores selling dried prunes. I will be happy to get feedbacks... I mean --- would you like my advice or not?///

If you are looking for something crunchy, somewhat filling, and healthy for you - you could try baked chickpeas. Here's a great recipe to try:

1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
2 Tablespoons olive oil
A generous amount of rock salt.

Heat the oven to 200 degrees C. Mix everything together, until the chickpeas are coated. Then spread them out on a cookie tray, and roast for 20 minutes until crispy. Of course, you could add any herbs or flavourings you like. Check on them every so often, and shake the tray a bit so they roll around and cook evenly.

if it fits into your vegan lifestyle, you can eat cottage cheese or peanut butter

these foods are slow digesting and will keep your body satisfied throughout the night
