Red face Paella + Egg (Leftover creation)

Basicly there's not much needed to make it, I made it in 10 minutes.

- Leftover paella (If you wish it to be fresh paella look at the bottom of the page)
- 1 egg/person
- Salt & Peper
- Olive oil
- Water
- ( Additional herbs at your choice (I used some curry) )

Getting started
- Add olive-oil in the pan
- Add a little bit water in the pan
- Add the frozen leftover paella or use fresh paela
- Meanwhile heat your pan for 2 minutes, then add the egg
- Add the salt and peper to the egg and anny additional herbs

How to serve
- First put the paella in a plate
- Put the egg on top of the paella
- (You can also eat bread with it if you would wish to do so)
- (If you are +16 years old you can also drink a red whine if you would wish)

Paella
- Rice ( spice it with much curry to get the typical yellow colour )
- Peas
- Paprika (Red or Green / Both of them)
- Calamares ( Cuttlefish )
- Mussels
- Chicken
- Fish
- Beans WITH the seeds in it ( Tastes the best with them )
- Scampi's

Hope it's right cause I'm a beginner cook so ...
Greetz!!
