Default Wheat Grass

Hi, new to the forums

I recently read about wheat grass and how great it is supposed to be.
How a tablespoon is supposed to equal a salad.
I read that you could get it in a powder and I ordered it.
What I did not expect is how strong it smells. Second I have a strange reaction to it, I can't decide whether I like it or not, but when I stop to think about it I get sick
Most days I have a few shakes with meals, I usually have a strawberries, orange juice shake or blueberries/ice cream shake. The orange juice shake has a strong taste but when I put the wheat grass in there it ruined the taste and I ended up dumping it out because all I tasted was the wheat grass.
If wheat grass is all that it is cut out to be, I would like to take it everyday, but what can I do to completely mask the taste or as much as possible.

Thanks

I drink this all the time. There is a stand with a juicer right outside my office building. you just need to do it in a quick shot and get it over with.

I agree. The taste is no problem whatsoever after a couple shots. However, I do like an orange slice on the side to bite into after drinking mine!

Maybe you could try growing the actual wheat grass plant and put it on your juice or food since the powder you tried has strong effect on the taste and smell. Maybe because there are some preservatives on it making the smell so strong than expected. Also, natural wheat gross is healthier than the powdered ones. Just my opinion though.

The taste is unpleasant at first but most people get used to it. I would try fresh juice instead of powder.
