Default Healthy cheeseburger.

Is there a such thing as a healthy cheeseburger? I'd love to eat a huge bacon cheeseburger, and not take the 500+ calorie hit.

If you have a costco near you they sell a 12 pack of turkey burgers that are around 170 calories and 4 grams of fat per burger. I just marinade it with some liquid smoke and worcestershire sauce and it makes a really good burger. Throw on a coupe of slices of turket bacon and I think you could manage a good healthy guilt free burger with all the taste you're looking for. These burgers btw are pretty good size. You will definitely not be hungry when your finished.

I never thought about that, I had a turkey burger at a cookout on the 4th of July, they're pretty good. I'll have to pick some up.

Try bison meat! it's very healthy. It's a little more dry, but it is very close and a lot better for you. you can get it on ebay shipped frozen!
