Believe it or not, limes make a much better, sweeter tea. You are probably used to lemons, but if you haven't tried it, you should. Try it the way it is explained in the article, with or without mint, but the lime makes it really good. Of course, I am sure that not everyone will like it with lime, but most people would. Also, lime is not as harsh as lemon on the stomach.
