Default Dried Cherry and Almond Cookies with Vanilla Icing

I'm a bit late in posting this since I made them over the holidays, but better late than never! These were so good and full of flavor from the cherries and toasted almonds. I also had fun drizzling the icing and being as messy with it as I wanted to be! I'm definitely not a baker, but these cookies were easy.
