Fish Marinade, Great for Shark
This is great for almost any fish but is best on shark, swordfish, or tuna.
Mix the ingrediants below, and then place fish in marinade for a full day if you can. If time is limited, try to get two hours soak time.
Then grill.
1/2 tsp Oregano
2 tbsp Onion - Minced
2 tbsp Garlic - Minced
2 tbsp Parsley
1/4 tsp Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Cooking Oil
1 whole Bay Leaf - Crumbled
1/2 tsp Rosemary
