Default Christmas smoothie recipe!


Just found a yummy Crussh (www.crussh.com) Christmas smoothie recipe!

All you need is:

· Half a banana
· Two large table spoons of organic natural yoghurt
· A handful for cranberries
· Two sliced peaches
· Cranberry juice
· A good blender

To make it:

1. In the blender combine the fruit, yoghurt and spices. Cover and blend until smooth
2. Gradually add the extra juice through the hole in the lid, until you get your desired consistency. At Crussh we prefer it thick but you might want a slightly juicer version for a smoothie on the go.
3. If desired, garnish your smoothie with freshly sliced fruit or cinnamon
4. For a dairy free smoothie, substitute the yoghurt for cold soya milk.

Top Tips
· Substitute yoghurt for cold soya milk to make a dairy free version
· Sprinkle with ground cinnamon for a more festive feel
