Okay let’s start in a small bowl, mix Italian dressing, mustard. Rub on fillets. Sprinkle Creole seasoning on fillets. Allow to marinate 1 hour in refrigerator (not too much longer or the vinegar in the dressing will start to break down the fish). Use charcoal grill if possible. Grill over med. heat until fish barely starts to flake…..Don't overcook. Enjoy!!!

Ingredients
• catfish fillets
• flour
• egg
• milk
• bread crumbs
• 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Simply dip in your choice of breading (flour - egg/milk - bread crumbs) with your choice of seasoning. Then, place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray and drizzle about 1/4 cup of vegetable oil over the catfish. Cook for only 10-12 minutes in 500 degree oven or 15-18 minutes in a 425 degree oven.
