Default Lower the Cost of Food

Hello im new here and i have found lots of new recipes here on this site and they was very good. When i go shopping for food i go on the net to get free printable Food coupons to save on money and alot of it,as you need it with the prices of food and of corse when you go to the store for that one or few items and then you end up with a cart full insted.
So try looking for food coupons and save your money , here is a nice little site that has some check it out and hope it helps with your food bill.

Hi,
I had a peep at the save money site, I think it's for America only, would that be right?

Here are just a few of the top coupons sites:

www.coupons.smartsource.com
www.couponmom.com/
www.coupons.com

I hope this helps. By the way, the first two are for the U.S. only and I am not sure about the third one.

Cheers!

I truly believe that with the current economy that you need to start your own Stimulus Plan. I've found that the easiest way is to save on Food purchases. It can take some time and planning but it is well worth it.

On a $100 shopping trip I save from $20-$30 dollars and I'm not even that good. Use Coupons on a regular basis and you will get hooked like me, I never go anywhere without my coupons. Another good way to lower the cost of food is to keep it Fresh, because I could never find any savings in throwing away food.

Take Care,
Carl C

Coupons do help, but I haven't been able to find any cheap organic foods. Even if they're on sale, they still cost more than non-organics...
